Mighty+ Vaporizer Review

The Mighty+ from Storz and Bickel is intended for the vaporization and then inhalation of medicinal cannabinoids from ground cannabis flowers. It is a rechargeable battery-operated portable device. The Mighty+ uses a patented combination of convection and conduction heating to evenly heat your herb without the need to stir.

Some key features:

• Supercharge function (80% charge in 40 mins using Storz and Bickel Supercharger)

• Pre-set Super Booster Temperature Settings

• Heats up in about 60 seconds

• Vape Temperature Range 40C-210C

Referred to as the Rolls Royce of vaporizers at an average price of $500 (before shipping) the Mighty+ isn’t cheap. By the time I got the vaporizer, filling set for 40 dosage capsules, an extra 40pcs dosing cap set, a wear and tear set, and a few other things I was close to that $800 mark.

Review

I like to have two different flowers going at the same time, one for day use and the other for night. I take three grams of each flower and fill my dosing caps to within approximately 0.15 of a gram. (0.15 of a gram X 40 dosing caps = 6 grams) This will usually last me about a week. While I do find it cumbersome to weigh and measure out my flower for the dosing caps, I enjoy the ease of being able to just grab and go once they’re packed. (The dosing caps also help with keeping your device clean.)

If you’re prone to longer medicating sessions, multiple times a day like myself, the battery won’t last a full day. (A session for me usually lasts approximately 15-25 minutes.) Another thing to consider, the Mighty+ isn’t small. If you’re wanting to be incognito with you’re medicinal cannabis use for whatever reason, this might not be the vaporizer for you.

I personally use the Mighty+ because it heats up quickly and I have complete control over my temperatures. When my medicinal cannabis flowers are cured correctly I can easily pull 20+ hits from a single dosing cap.

After seven months of consistent use and a few drops here and there my Mighty+ is still going strong. While I do wish the device was a bit smaller and the battery lasted longer I’m happy with my purchase and would buy another one.
