I just made a profile so I could say I’ve been absolutely loving all of your reviews. So incredibly helpful and so well thought out and produced. I love the leaf colour chart! I just wanted to ask you what were the most sedating strains you have tried in Australian medical cannabis product world. I have horrible insomnia and the strains I’ve tried so far, which I also mix CBD flower into, just have not really helped with getting to sleep. Even if you could list a top 3 or 5 I’d be ever so grateful.
Continue making all this amazing content, it’s smart, super helpful and just really vibes.
(Apologies for my grammar and any mistakes, I’ve just vaped some green gelato for back pain and it’s strong haha)
Hey Alexander! Christina is a truly wonderful reviewer and advocate for plant medicine. It’s a pleasure to work with her.
I’m going to leave the bulk of this response to Christina but something to consider when mixing CBD flower with THC flower is that CBD has been known to mitigate the intoxicating effects of THC. For me, it’s the intoxicating effects that help me get to sleep so when it comes to flower, I avoid CBD at bed time. I’ve had the most success with treating insomnia consistently with a precise, routine dose of THC leaning oil.

Best of luck and over to Christina…
